Not sure of lady’s name however (yes I got to the drive thru 8 minutes early) as I have many times before and I was met with a very flustered blondes lady who Quickly told me she had just got in and they were not open yet ( in a stern manner) to which i replied yes I know I’m waiting . This went on 2-3 more times . My take away was she did not want me sitting in the drive thru. Which. Have at both this Ann other locations many times as I work 3rd shift . After our exchange and her taking the mortgage payment I offered her an sincere I hope your day gets better (since it was interesting enough you jump down my throat for simply pulling into a bank turned off my engine and said nothing to you) until I was met with disgust I was there in your presence and her response I’m fine with a go to hell look on her face
