One day I noticed I couldn’t log in to the online banking anymore, so figured I’d come in to close the account anyway, as I haven’t been using it. There must’ve been some small print somewhere regarding inactivity fees, cause coincidentally, it happened to cost $40 even. The gentleman upfront was very kind, however, this still is suspicious. Lesson learned. If you’re out browsing for a new bank, be very cautious with this particular one. Update - Notice, the reply says “We want to help.” Well, you can start by Not Stealing Money. That’s kind of important. Honesty / Integrity remember?
