- KHKeith HarmonJul 29, 20251.0This has got to be the worse branch truist has. People are just rude. Not friendly at all. I went in to get a loan and lady said that there computer sustems was down. I asked just this branch ate all branchs. She said all. So i lifted and all the way across town to my normal branch and that sweet lady had me approved and out the door in 30min. So i guess the first lady lied and was just being lazy. I wont visit this branch again. Ill just make the long drive across town whete i know my business is welcome.
