So disappointed with my last experience at this location. The bank teller Hunter thought it was okay to comment on a woman’s appearance “she has a full on mustache” as he laughed. I can only imagine what’s said when people aren’t looking 0 professionalism

I''ll read reviews before heading to any bank. This location was very helpful opening 2 accounts. I think the amount of the deposit was attractive. I gave them 1 star cause they were open. Afterwards, I had questions for Gloria and Wayne but I never heard back. I don't participate in one-sided relationships. You cannot change the POD designations unless you go to the branch. Discover provides many resources via online. Once my CD renews I'm transferring away from this branch.

The Hispanic older lady who works the drive thru is extremely unprofessional and rude. Make sure you fact check everyone who comes through. I wanted to withdraw money from my checking and she is going through all my accounts saying irrelevant and false information and snooping for no reason at all. Definitely will never again go to this branch made me feel very uncomfortable and violated. S/n I have personally seen her roll her eyes and make disgust faces when dealing with customers in drive thru when I have been inside the bank
