- ZZZacSep 16, 20251.0Went in to apply for an auto loan for the car I just purchased at CarMax. I have had an auto loan through Truist for the past 10 years with no issues with my payment history with the bank. Truist was also very quick with my approval about 6 months ago in March when I bought my last car. I traded that car in to get a larger vehicle and now I have been declined due to payment history. I will never use Truist for any future services. I also believe the individual that assisted me in the store also didn’t know what she was fully doing and it cost me the approval as well.

Both days I gave up after being on hold for over 30 mins. I’ve been on hold for 40 mins as I type this. Will be closing all 5 of my accounts and will refi my mortgage to another lender asap. There should be a zero star rating for these folks…
