Went in to apply for an auto loan for the car I just purchased at CarMax. I have had an auto loan through Truist for the past 10 years with no issues with my payment history with the bank. Truist was also very quick with my approval about 6 months ago in March when I bought my last car. I traded that car in to get a larger vehicle and now I have been declined due to payment history. I will never use Truist for any future services. I also believe the individual that assisted me in the store also didn’t know what she was fully doing and it cost me the approval as well.

BB&T on Woodruff Road was the best! From the time any customer walked in the door, they were greeted and welcomed with smiles. Truist, Woodruff Road, has embarrassing low reviews and rightly so. Although all Bankers that I dealt with were top notch. I experienced a serious banking issue, that the bank manager showed no interest in addressing, although a very serious Truist issue. Calls ignored, responses blown off. It took someone outside of this branch to quickly see the seriousness and make things right. Don’t expect to see a welcomed smile or greeting when entering this branch. Poorly managed, and training desperately needed.
