  We visited this branch as the other branch has terrible reviews. We had an appointment with a customer service representative, and upon our arrival we were told she had the day off. We were asked to sit down at a teller location and conduct our business. We had (3) transactions to take care of, thus the appt. as we didn't want to tie up a teller with our business, in addition to needing a little privacy to do so. We were attended to by a trainee, and a supervisor who stood over him while he worked. The trainee clearly wasn't happy, as he kept having to leave to take care of the drive thru window while he attended to us. A line started to form behind us, and our private business became public knowledge at this point. Acct. numbers, phone numbers, passwords and other private numbers could easily be heard by anyone in the building at the time, and after one transaction we decided to stop and leave. This location is very short staffed, and we wondered why the supervisor didn't step in to help with all of the people waiting to be attended to, not to mention why we were able to make an appt with a customer rep who wasn't there that day. We will not do business at this branch again in the future. If you value your privacy, this is not a good place to conduct your business.

  TD Bank is the Most Inconvenient Bank... Since when cant you deposit a TD Bank Personal Check made out to Cash from another TD Bank Personal Checking Account? Cant do it in the actual store, BUT you can deposit it in the App?!?!?!?! This is absolutely bass ackwards and the most inconvenient rule this bank has applied in the 25+ years of banking with TD. Im seriously considering finding another bank to deal with because TD has become a mess to deal with....
