    I went to this branch and walked inside to use the ATM. I'm a long time customer with TD Bank. I walked up to the teller to request change for a $20 bill dispensed from the machine. The young white female teller was having a conversation with a customer that the young black woman teller was assisting. I asked the available teller for change, and she dismissively told me to wait one moment. She had no customer, only talking. I waited over a minute, and I picked my money up from the counter and I left. The customer that was being helped by the black young lady, apologized to me. Very rude customer service from this teller.

    If I could give this bank a 0 star I would. Every time I go in here it’s an issue with them saying what they can and cannot every time it’s something new that has changed. I got my security deposit back from my apartment and went in to deposit it in my account the lady at the front literally just did not want to deposit it I over heard her saying it was an insurance check and it wasn’t to make it seem like they shouldn’t be depositing it unless the other person was present even though I was first on the check and it wasn’t a joint account. I went to Walmart Saturday and they were willing to cash my check for a few dollars but I thought by going to my bank I could save a few bucks. I will be closing my account with this bank after this month. I can’t deal with the hassles they keep given. Down to the app crashing and not being able to unlock my card to having to unlock my card at the teller and inside the bank for me to make a deposit or do a withdrawal. I’m over it.

    Some of these reviews are really harsh. I have banked with TD for over 7 years primarily at the Mauldin branch. I don't go into the Mauldin branch often but when I do the people are great to deal with. I had to go to this location and it was my first time visiting this branch. They are a great group too! We were met by Elliot and he was very customer service focused and could not have made our visit easier.
