    I have a td account. I had identification. The check was drawn from a t d account. Very inexperienced teller named John wouldn't cash the check because he couldn't get check account holder to answer phone. I took the check to my wells fargo bank. Received 100% credit for it. First Horizon don't know how lucky they are that they didn't become part of TD . TD use to be a good bank , 7 years ago .

    In the process of moving here and opened an account to transition out of state accounts to. Charging me $28 a month in maintenance fees. Closed account as soon as I was in town. Go to the credit union.

    For 3 years we have been getting certified TD Bank checks cashed from a Business account with TD Bank. This day we came in to cash the check like we always have done... For 3 years. The lady literally told me to read the sign as they were not cashing checks above those amounts and there were many changes made after April 31st and then proceeded to try and tempt me into getting an account with them. Why even call yourself a bank if you can't do bank things?? I just don't get it, they are quick to add fees and take your money, but the moment you need cash from them, they play dumb and blame the management and then management blames the owners or CEO's whatever. TD Bank is wish washy on everything and you don't want wishy washy dealing with your money.

    It has to be difficult to make banking fun, but this location does it. Everyone here is so nice and lively. They always have different promotions going on to make it feel more like family and less like business. Best TD location in Greenville.
