    One star isn’t a low enough rating to describe what I experience.This branch is absolutely terrible. I’ve been banking with this company for over 10 years, but the staff at this location make me want to close all my accounts and leave. The employees here are extremely rude and unhelpful.

    The lady at the drive thru window was rude. Instead of her telling me I had to come in,she just sent my check back and walked off. Then when i hit call to ask did i need to come in her attitude was harsh. She don't need to be in the window with that attitude. The other workers were GREAT!!!!

    Although I’m not a local banker with this bank I’ve been coming here for a few years to cash a check that’s listed with their bank pulled up to the drive through and was told they no longer accept non bankers doing service in the drive through and that current bankers made complaints about long wait times so I parked my car went into this one entrance bank the doors are so far from the parking lot which was a inconvenience especially to a post op patient was greeted by a young man he seemed to know is information pretty well and it took less than five minutes to get my check cashed so it seems to be a teller issue if only took him up to five mins to cash my check . If they are going to handle services like that then maybe they should consider only bank to their customers only sounds like they allowed privilege to take over everyone is paying customer that needs assistance

    Worst customer service that i have ever received. Our bank was merged with South Bank. It is impossible to talk to any one at their treasury department . If you are a small business AVOID
