Compared to other floorplan companies, they are super understanding, easy to work with, and their fees truly are nothing compared to the big companies that seem to nickel and dime you on random fees. Tammy, Chris, and everyone I’ve talked with over the years have been so kind, patient, and helpful. You can tell their employees truly enjoy working there because it shows in how they treat their customers. As a small independent dealership with just three employees, that kind of care and understanding means the world to us. We’re not always perfect, and Carbucks treats us like real people and works with us through it all, as long as you work with them as well! They’ve truly been a breath of fresh air in an industry that can often feel impersonal. I can’t recommend Carbucks Floorplan enough, especially if you’re an independent dealer like us!

Everyone there is extremely helpful and routinely go above and beyond to answer any questions I have. We've never had a bad experience, from our sales rep, Kristian, to the people in the main office, and even other reps that have move to other roles in the company. I can't say enough good things about them.
