  I don’t know how this branch has gotten low stars my experience was the total opposite!! This branch was amazing, professional, courteous and timely in my transactions. Tammy was awesome and made the experience quick in what I needed to do and answered all my questions and ones I didn’t even think of as well… definitely recommend by this branch for all your needs!

  This branch is not handicapped friendly and needs customer service training. I use either a walker or cane for mobility. On 6/26/25, I entered the branch with 2 people ahead of me, 1 teller assisting a customer, and a group of tellers chatting while 3 customers in line awaited their assistance. Eventually some tellers broke away from the conversation and helped the 2 customers ahead of me. While I was waiting my turn, the other tellers continued to chat and an employee from the customer service/ business desk area approached me and asked if I was okay. Being confused and not sure if I heard her correctly, I said, "excuse me?" She giggled, pointed at my cane, and asked again. Luckily a teller was available, and it ended the conversation, otherwise I would have immediately walked out after Sarah, a 60+ employee, lacked professionalism and found it necessary to approach me with an inappropriate question and even laugh at my disabilty. I've dealt with plenty of WF locations, but I'll never enter this location again. The fact I couldn't do a mobile deposit because of the amount of my check plus the service experience completely had me ready to pull out all of my funds and solely do business with Navy Federal who would have allowed my mobile deposit. For the sake of others, I sincerely advocate for this location to take a good look at their training programs, or lack of training, and make the appropriate changes.

  Im a long time Wells Fargo customer and do all my investments through their advisor program and all my business accounts are with them as well. This branch is terrible. I drove several hours away from Georgia to buy some boat motors and visited this branch to get cash out to buy them. They were convinced I was being scammed and refused to let me access my money. It was insane. My Wells Fargo advisors called them and told them it was approved. They still wouldn’t allow it. While I appreciate preventing scams, this was simply uncalled for. The branch manager just made a personal decision not to allow it. I don’t trust a bank that thinks they can decide whether or not they can give you your own money. Thankfully I was able to talk the motor folks into allowing me to wire my money to them myself, hours later after dealing with those incompetent workers at the branch, and was able to purchase and pick up my motors and go home. If you regularly do transactions over $100, this branch is not for you. If the bank manager reads this, thanks for wasting hours of my time for no reason, I don’t know how you are in your position, but it won’t last long if you keep treating customers like that.
