  I loved it because it had 2 ATM's, but I didn't realized it until I saw another car pulled up on the other side of me and that's when I realized that it was 2 ATM's instead of one.

  I see now why this bank has 2.2 stars! We had an issue with an overdraft this morning, because there was no money in our account for about a 12 hour period, banked with them for years, starting with BB&T was told by the branch manager, Mr. Devito , that his hands are tied, and there was nothing that they could do about it, which I find hard to believe because we had a situation like this once before and the lady that helped us literally was able to push a button and fix the issue. They advertise everywhere no overdraft fees EVER but don’t tell you it’s only with a specific account which we also were never offered and being the amount of time that we’ve been with them also seems strange. I asked about the one overdraft protection every year policy and was informed that now it’s every two years which we also were never notified of, it’s a real nasty and greedy move to charge somebody their own money because they didn’t have any money in their account for a very small window of time, just another greedy corporation, and as soon as everything is finished posting to our account, we will be closing our account and taking our business elsewhere, which also seemed to be just fine by Mr. Devito‘s lack of willingness to even remotely try to satisfy longtime customers.
