Overall the worst bank experience I've ever had. Literally stood the counter for 45 minutes (not in line, at the counter) trying to cash a small check. Watched them do well over 10 drive through transaction midway. Im normally a patient person but now I see why another of people get aggravated and rude to tellers

My review is for Truist in general as I have not been to this location. Ever since their merging between SunTrust and BBT there has been nothing but online banking issues, system malfunctions, unknowledgeable employees and deception. Because of these "system malfunctions" and unreliable online banking, my wife and I are now in an extremely bad money situation. I made an online transfer from a main account to a joint account to pay rent. A message popped up saying the transfer could not be completed due to system issues. Since I needed the rent to be paid I called and talked to a woman who said "yes the transfer went through and everything is fine". While on the phone with her I went to my app and confirmed that the transfer had gone through. At least that's what my screen was telling me. I took a screenshot of that luckily showing both accounts in positive standings, no negative balances. So we went through and paid rent. Today I went and checked our balances and find an extremely bad negative standing. And no documentation of any transfer going through. So I do not understand why while on the phone with this woman my balances were correct and as they should be as if she had altered what I would see on my screen. Today is a completely different story and when I called again the person I had spoke to today said there was no documentation of any kind of transfer. Now I must wait until Monday to even speak to a manager and for some reason I have a feeling that even they will not bother or be able to even help me. Honestly I no longer have the mental capacity to talk about this and my family and I will surely be looking into another banking institution. All of this has been unacceptable and seriously could not come at a worse time.

One of the worse Truist Banks we have gone to . You can not walk in to get any general information. People are in their offices and no one is in the building. If the inside was full of people it would be different. All we wanted to know was what interests rates on a new vehicle. We was told plan out told, "you would have to make a appointment." This is not the first time we was done that way. We have ended up going to north Charleston and Summerville. If they can't handle walk ins they only need to have the out side car lanes open not the inside.

The person that actually helped me was very pleasant and nice she came from the back, but when I first entered the building 2 men from the side office were up front with 3 other tellers. I walked in the door, no one acknowledged me. They finished their conversation, the 2 men went to the office and the 3 other ladies acted like I wasn't there. One grabbed some thing from her desk and said someone would be out to help me shortly. I'd expect oblivion from teens working, but grown adults should probably know that even if you don't make eye contact you're still seen....
