- HMHulon MJan 5, 20261.0I want to start off by saying that I love this location. I visit it regularly. The reason for my 1 star is not because of the service because the young lady (Shan Alston, along with the other girl at the desk, guy who work the window, and the 2 personal bankers i met (one an African American, brown skin with glasses) & (the other a mixed (maybe Italian) girl witg glasses), they all are awesome! They always provide great service with a smile. But, sadly, my reason for the 1 star is due to the lack of care, concern, & service from the Mgr (middle age caucasian male with the bald head). The last few times I was there, there was a long line of which Ms Alston would be trying her best to keep the line moving as best she could but that would be the time that the Mgr should jump in to help or assist. Rather, he (seeing the line) did absolutely nothing. He sat in his office (with no customers) and showed no concern at all to help or even come out to speak or even act like he wanted to help even if he really didn't. The other time, he just left & walked outside to get on his cellphone to scroll or text as he wasn't on a call (cause I walked out right by him). This is not the type od leadership that Wellsfargo promotes! (I know cause I worked at Wachovia/Wells in the past). This needs to be addressed & corrected. People need to understand that being a Mgr is not a title to hide behind but a position of leadership & service to live up to.
