- BMBrian MaddoxOct 8, 20211.0If I could give this place zero stars I would, my experience here was awful, was being asked to jump through one hoop after another to get a vehicle loan when I have good credit, income and everything needed to purchase car. I have had multiple vehicle loans from other credit union only came here because of cheap rates, after they made me jump through hoops because “they hadn’t dealt with me before” the attempted to do the same for the dealership because “this is their first time dealing with them”…. Even called the dealer to ask if I paid the funds down that the dealer clearly stated on the bill of sale … just terrible experience….
- HHhunterm721May 19, 20191.0I was the subject of fraud while I was in basic military training and since it passed there certain number of allotted days to fix it they wouldn’t do a thing to help. I was down around 1800 dollars with no help from founders. I recommend banking anywhere else.
