- AKAmit KolurwarJul 2, 20241.0The staff at this branch is very unprofessional. I had called this branch to inquire if I need an appointment for wire transfer but they said I can walk in for this. When I went there they said they don’t have availability until next 2 hours. This is really bad experience I had and they don’t value our time. I was very upset because of this. My very important transaction was delayed due to this.

I recently went to this branch and ordered new checks, after confirming my personal info multiple times with the personal banker, he said everything is good and assured me it will be correct. Upon receiving my checks 10 days later it had the wrong name and old address. Incompetent and no customer service skills. Do business elsewhere. Switch to credit unions small banks care.
