- SRSara RobinsonDec 6, 20252.0Be prepared to have an appointment if you need anything other than counter service on a Saturday. We were turned away from opening new accounts and Fifth Third was delighted for new business. (Wells never shares the appointment requirement on their mailers).
- MMMarandaFeb 5, 20251.0Cynthia called me at 4:14pm on 2/4/2025 and left me a very vague message about how there was something important she needed to tell me. I was at work but I called her back within 15 minutes when I was able to, as I was worried about what was so important she needed to tell me. I called her twice with no answer, I left a voicemail. I even called the branch itself and all they said was she was with a customer and they would let her know to give me a call. I never received a call that day and today (2/5/2025) | never received a call back from her. This is very unprofessional to leave a very vague voice message to someone telling them there was something important they needed to speak to you about on your account and then never get back to you within a business day and when I called the branch itself, they didn't even look at my account to give me any clarity on what was so important on my account.

Catherine and everyone else there continue to help me in every way possible and always answer all my questions in detail! And believe me, I ask A LOT of questions! I never ever feel judged there and I find myself always leaving with a smile! I cannot thank this specific Wells Fargo enough for all they’ve taught!! I recommend this bank to anyone!! Thank you so much Wells Fargo!!!
