I’ve been calling this branch for over an hour today with no one answering the phone… and no option to leave a message… I’ve called 35 times so far! Unfortunately I am not in town to go to my branch.. so have no choice other than to keep Calling.

Both Scott Price and Trey were extremely helpful and took the time to check with corporate to ensure things were straight. Trey called me back to fill me in. They've been good to work with.

Unfortunately I do not remember her name and I couldn't speak with the manager because I was in a hurry and I needed some of my last Two statements and she said she couldn't have me because couldn't do it and had it to call the number at the back of my card to send me my statements and put the example of my dad that he requested in another location his two last statements and they gave him without any problem and she answered me rude they are another wellsfargo and I can't do it here. I can print you only one statement , do you understand me , it sounds like descrimination. I needed it those papers urgently that I couldn't go straight to talk with the manager and later she said but I going to do an exception . After more than 20 minutes she gave me those statements.
