    The staff there is GREAT!!! Service is excellent!!!!! They all go above and beyond their scope of duties and you feel valued as a customer....big bank benefits with a small bank feel.....true community bank😉

    Need to staff up. I sat at the drive up for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. This was after the ATM was not functioning necessitating my having to go to the drive up to get cash. The one visible employee appeared to be the only one working in the entire facility. I'm now in the process of closing my account which they don't make easy so beware. They want an account balance of zero to close, but then will hit you with a fee if your funds and activity drop trying to get the account balance to zero. A real nightmare of a bank.

    Took an Uber on my lunch break to deposit a check but cannot as the place is closed according to a ragged sign taped to the door. No mention of it on the web site, I checked before heading here.
