  I cannot recommend Krystle Mall in Gastonia and Jennifer Jackson at SouthState Bank Fort Mill enough! In an age where it feels impossible to connect with a real person at a bank, SouthState Bank stands out as a beacon of human connection and exceptional service. My journey in finding a bank began with a call to Krystle at the Gastonia branch, who promptly and helpfully referred me to Jennifer at my local branch. From that moment, their dedication and personalized approach made all the difference. I called 5 or 6 banks in my search and they are truly the only bank where you can actually talk to a human, and that personal touch is invaluable, especially when navigating the complexities of starting a business. My experience with Jennifer was nothing short of phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, and genuinely invested in answering every question and helping you succeed. Having the right team by your side is paramount when launching a new venture, and with Southstate, I learned quickly, you're not just getting bankers; you're getting trusted partners.   Sarah at the Fort Mill location has been awesome to work with. We have all of our business and personal accounts with Southstate. We used to be with BOA and what a nightmare they were to work with. Sarah has helped us with many projects from commercial loan information to our HSA account. Its freaking awesome not to be put on hold or transferred around for hours before speaking to the right person. Everyone at the FM & RH locations have been great to work with. If you’re with anyone else I would encourage you to give southstate a try.

  I have been doing my banking at this branch for 12 1/2 years, everyone who works there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of all they are all very friendly and sensitive to my banking needs. The branch manager Kelley Dills is always very professional and polite and very knowledgeable about all my banking needs.
