Although, this branch isn't diversified they have never treated me different or unprofessional like the branches in Columbia and the customer service line,,,,,just horrible. The branches and the customer service line need more diversity.

The various departments are very helpful and went out of their way to expedite my needs. Not to mention my car loan is the lowest % I have ever seen. Despite now living in New England I will continue to bank with a founders.

Since that time I have been with Family Trust and I will advise anyone that is with Founders to stay with them. Whenever I needed any assistance no matter what Founders was there. Their Customer Service, knowledge, helpfulness and all around willingness to help people goes above and beyond your normal banking experience. Founders treat you like family and you are in good hands with them. Anyone that has ever dealt with both Family Trust and Founders will agree that Founders is the best!!
