First, before I set up my account I was calling around for banks that do temp cards and I was told this bank does. I go in to open an account and confirming with someone that they did, and after I opened the account they said it would be 5-7 business days. I then reached out on day 8 with possible info on the card since I had money sitting in there I was not able to use and they were nice and said it would be 7-10 days. It's now almost the 26th and I tried to call and message them and no one will answer no one will give me any info on my card or acknowledge that I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I've NEVER had to wait almost 3 weeks for a debit card! Do better.
