I recently needed to secure a home equity loan for my business, and to be honest, it wasn’t an easy journey at first. I had been turned down by other banks and lending companies, and things were beginning to feel uncertain. Then I had the chance to work with Frederic, and everything changed. From the start, Frederic was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen to my needs, explained every step of the process clearly, and followed through on every detail without me having to ask twice. He responded to emails and calls quickly, provided all the information I needed, and made sure I felt supported the entire way through. It genuinely felt like he was handling this with the same care and urgency as if it were his own business. Thanks to his help, I was able to complete the loan successfully, and I even decided to open a business account with First Citizens Bank. I truly appreciate how he went above and beyond—not just as a banker, but as someone who genuinely cares. That sold me. That AND the fantastic, personable customer service I have ALWAYS received when doing my banking. I even received a call from them during this quarantine time to check in and say hi.
