  I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with First Citizens Bank—especially because of the incredible support I received from Frederic. I recently needed to secure a home equity loan for my business, and to be honest, it wasn’t an easy journey at first. I had been turned down by other banks and lending companies, and things were beginning to feel uncertain. Then I had the chance to work with Frederic, and everything changed. From the start, Frederic was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to listen to my needs, explained every step of the process clearly, and followed through on every detail without me having to ask twice. He responded to emails and calls quickly, provided all the information I needed, and made sure I felt supported the entire way through. It genuinely felt like he was handling this with the same care and urgency as if it were his own business. Thanks to his help, I was able to complete the loan successfully, and I even decided to open a business account with First Citizens Bank. I truly appreciate how he went above and beyond—not just as a banker, but as someone who genuinely cares. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and service, and because of Frederic, I feel confident continuing to work with this bank for the long term. I’m sincerely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to other small business owners.

  Absolutely love this branch! The bankers are great! I’ve had to call for appts lately and the process is always seamless. The financial services rep is an absolute jewel! She is attentive to emails and always provides great service. I am big on a personal relationship with the bank I frequent! Ill drive the extra time to come to this location! :)

  This is the worse bank I have ever bank with. We have been banking with this Branch for last 9 years. The only person we like is the branch manager Shana. Just because of her we still there, but yesterday I have had it. I went to the branch for commercial deposit the lady at the branch Tanya Mattensen told me if you want to bring all this you have to be here before 11 am or after 2 pm. I am here all by myself so I can't do it. First of all I am the customer, you can't tell me when to bank with you and it's not my problem that you there by yourself. Where does it say inside the bank that don't bring commercial deposit between 11 to 2 pm. This is ridiculous. Other think I had change order also so I called day before that I will pickup my change order tomorrow and when I ask Tanya she said that the lady who has your change order is on lunch. Let me take other customers and when I get chance I will get yours ready. I said ok no problem. So I waited 10 minutes just to get my change order. During change order she ask you will be coming here for change I need to know so I can order more change order. I am like in my mind hello this the bank you should have enough change for all. You don't keep change in your car trunk. I told Tanya, I don't know. I will let you know. After this kind of behavior who wants to go inside the branch to see her grumpy face. All this years since she started she never smile always grumpy. This is not customer service. Yesterday branch manager Shana wasn't there or I would have talk to her about this. I told my wife that we need to change our banking somewhere else. No wonder their review is 3.0. Thank for reading.

  I recently visited the FCB branch at Tega Cay and spoke at length with a teller named Melissa. While I am not a member of this bank she selflessly gave of her time to help me with my problem. Her professionalism and persistence in solving my situation will make me a member in the very near future. She is an asset to this organization and I encourage you to visit this branch
