We had to delay closing because the process goes through 4 different people and each time, they wanted more documentation. They hold our accounts, know we have excellent credit and still required statements and information that was way beyond necessary. I would not recommend this bank for a mortgage loan!

On the last day we realized we forgot our checkbook and homeowner we rented from didn't have a card reader. My withdrawal needed exceeded max daily amount and in attempting I locked my account. Now I had no money and no way to get any later. Called Pat and she worked over two hours with two phones, one to me and one to card services to finally get everything fixed. Unbelievable feeling knowing you are not alone, even when you're stranded a long ways from home. Give Pat a raise or a big pat on the back from me.
