- THThomas HayJun 29, 20231.0Went in today to open an account. Got there at 12 and waited until 1 to get to see someone. One guy was busy and the other was on a long lunch. Told the teller I had to work at 3 and was going to grab my work clothes and be right back and if I could set up an appointment. Got back at 1:15 and waited til 1:45. Just left after that. Lost a customer.
