- CHChristopher HubbsJul 2, 20251.0I originally applied for my auto loan online on MondayJune 23rd I got no response I walked into a branch and was told I needed to call their digital team to get my answer. Called them, got the pre-approval and was told they would email me the paperwork. I never received anything. I walked back in on Thursday the 26th. The branch decided to take over the loan. They said they had to start everything from scratch... The loan still didn't get approved and funded until the afternoon of Monday June 30th... I was told that a check would be overnighted to the seller of the vehicle. Wednesday the 2nd rolls around, and the seller still hadn't received the check I emailed the banker asking for a tracking number. The tracking number showed that the label wasn't even printed until Tuesday morning (the day the check was supposed to arrive at the seller) but FedEx still didn't even have the parcel!!! Finally it updates that they have the parcel and it will be delivered thursday July 3rd, 2 full days after it was promised! I would expect this kind of treatment from a giant monster mega bank like B of A , but not a credit union. If their rate wasn't 1.5 pts under USAA then I would have told them to pound sand last week....
