    Worst Customer Service and Banking SERVICE in the US!!!! I went to the ATM on June 5th for a simple withdrawal of $500. The ATM started making a horrible noise when the cash was being dispersed and money started wading up at the machine. So, I reached and pulled out the bills and one bill was folded in half. In a panic I started counting the money again and in this time the ATM ATE MY CARD!!! I called Truist Corp and they refused to expedite me the new card but was going to order me a replacement card but the card number would change, NEVER SENT REPLACEMENT CARD!!!! Then I called the Laurens SC Branch. "SIr, we don't see where it was ordered, we will get that for your as soon as possible, NEVER SENT REPLACEMENT!!! Called Corporate Truist Again and they instructed me to just go to a branch to get things settled. So I go to the Powdersville Branch and they say we will surely order you a new card and here comes the $30 fee AGAIN!!! This was last Friday. So I agreed to pay the fee. This Morning, July 3rd 2025, I call Truist Corporate Again because I STILL have NO CARD and they tell me it has been issued but never expedited!!! ONE FREAKING MONTH without my Debit Card. Oh and they shut every branch and ATM down with in 30 miles, so it's not so convenient to just shoot down to the branch to get a spare. WORST BANK EVER!!!!! ALL THEY GIVE YOU IS "I'M so SORRY" TRUIST has NO ACCOUNTABILTY!!!! Consumer Affairs is going to LOVE this one!!!

    Staff are friendly, no issue there and this is more a Truist problem. BBT things were much smoother. 10 day holds on checks is crazy, why would you even release small amounts over time? Everything is electronic, are you collecting interest? A check should clear in 48hrs max given its a major US bank. 10 days? Is that by horse delivery?

    Andrea Brown was absolutely wonderful in helping me get all my online banking sorted out with the merger happening, she took her time and made sure all my issues were sorted out. Definitely appreciate it big time!
