- MMMedicalCheezeJan 2, 20261.0When you need the atm it’s never working. I’ve been with Truist for well over five years and I’ve been to the atm quite a bit and it’s about 1/4 of the time that it’s working from this location. Horrible.

- DSDeborah StoneJul 30, 20243.0The biggest problem that I have with this branch is that I can never reach anyone on the phone if I need to ask a quick question, and going into the branch can mean sitting and waiting for an hour at a time to be able to speak with the proper person. Communication is key. I have tried to call sometimes for 30 minutes at a time and gotten a recording that says no one is available to take the call. Super frustrating.
