Every time I have called with issues they have not been dealt with promptly or professionally and I have only received unprofessional and rude manors from almost everyone I have talked to. I have Been banking here since I opened my first account but will be closing it soon due to the unhelpful staff and unprofessional manor. It is a wonderful bank but a terrible branch.
