The new manager Amy is never in office and most times the tellers have no idea when she might be in or if she will even be in at all. And if you so happen to catch her, she has the door shut and ignores a lobby full of customers. I usually use this branch atleast once a week to deposit my check. But after last week when I over heard the way the teller, Jennifer spoke to an elderly customer. I’ll definitely be looking for a new branch to do business or even a whole new bank. She was so rude and aggressive to this lady. Asking her what she wants and what she needs. Instead of how can she help her. What happened to good customer service?? Especially to our elderly people.

- IGIndonesia GreggJun 9, 20231.0Today is the 2nd time I felt some kinda way at this bank kinda hurt my feelings I lost my bank deposit slips to pay rent told the lady I had my account# and it's like she had a lil attitude because I'm asking what can I do the 1st time I was harassed, by a police in the bank line asking am I using someone else ID when the person on the ID was caucasian and I'm black and the lady clearly made it clear it was a caucasian lady driving a red car but I was the only black person out there but no one apologize I'm so hurt im already going threw enough I really don't like coming to the bank in Darlington
