I was told that I couldn’t cash the check because I “only” had X amount in my checking account. Not negative or any fees that needed to be taken care of. Was basically told no because I don’t have enough money? Never really got the reason or rule of why I can’t cash it. Was told my only option was to deposit it and only 400 would possibly be available today. The lady was extremely rude. As well as the second one I spoke to. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years. Stay away from this branch go to Myrtle Beach or Carolina Forest location. Much faster and better services. Never had this problem until I went to this branch.
