- MMMack87Dec 10, 20255.0I was supposed to meet Mrs. Alta at 10am but I wasn't able to make it until 4:30. She helped me pay off my old balance and help me open up a new one. Even though I kept her a little pass 5, she stayed and helped me and made sure that I had everything I needed and didn't try to rush me out the door. She is an amazing and sweet and kind woman and a great professional banker that takes pride in her job and clients and she called me this morning just to make sure that I was able to get my online banking figured out and running. Thank you so much and I will never forget yiur help and kindness towards me. Merry Christmas to The Truist bunch located near the food lion in Conway. The amazing people that work there are so wonderful and I look forward to banking with you all for year's to come.
- DADerry AtkinsonNov 14, 20251.0Do Not use Vivian Tomassetti for a mortgage loan. I applied on June 26th and after 4 months I had to call her supervisor to get it to closing. Day before they raised their fees by several thousand dollars. We filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and took our business to a different lender. They do not know what they’re doing and Vivian is the worst. She doesn’t reply to emails, text or return calls. Wasted our time.
