- DADerry AtkinsonNov 14, 20251.0Do Not use Vivian Tomassetti for a mortgage loan. I applied on June 26th and after 4 months I had to call her supervisor to get it to closing. Day before they raised their fees by several thousand dollars. We filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and took our business to a different lender. They do not know what they’re doing and Vivian is the worst. She doesn’t reply to emails, text or return calls. Wasted our time.

It took my money, damaged a $20 bill that it spit out and didn't give me a receipt. I spent 25 minutes on the phone just to have them tell me maybe 2 days maybe 7-10 days.

I think management should at least open some branches on the weekends for a few hours for people that work during the weekdays. If it wasn’t for my business payments I would have left years ago but soon will.
