- JPjayla parmleyAug 7, 20251.0I went in the Conway, SC branch to have some papers notoriety and this particular lady by the name of Estela Oxendine was so rude! First of all, there was no greeting, just what can I do for you? Then when I explained what I needed done she asked me in a very low, unwelcoming/inviting voice, "What kind of papers"? I give her the papers and as she stand there frowned up while looking @ them, she then says, "Well, I'm going to tell you now, I'm not notorizing this page", in a very smart voice. It was an extra page that printed out from my email that wasn't for me to sign, it was for my attorney, so all she had to do was hand that back to me because it didn't even have a signature line for me. So I was like " Oh I'm sorry, that page should not have been included". This lady replied, " Good because I'm not stamping it". Then the teller beside her asked her a question, she cleared my info she had in computer( I guess where she verified acct) and assisted her in the middle of assisting me. I thought that was very rude again! Recently, I had some papers notorized @ Wellsfargo and the guy that assisted me stamped every place that I signed, so I asked her if I needed a stamp by all three(3) signatures just to be certain and she replied, " No, I did what I'm doing and you have a good day". I went home , printed my documents again and took them to the professionals @ WF because that was very uncalled for behavior and something has to be done. I have a checking acct @ this bank for my teenager but I PROMISE it will be moved elsewhere.
- RORobert OConnellDec 23, 20223.0I’ve been there afew times to conduct business and always have to wait even when no other customers are in the bank, very unprofessional, customers come first. I always wait 20 plus minutes to get into my box, than I have to show the worker how to do there job. Good bank but need more workers and training. I MIGHT SWITCH BANKS, was gonna transfer 75k here but changed my mind.
