- MBMarcie BibowDec 31, 20252.0Atm is down on New Year Eve. 3 Glitches could only withdraw $40.00 for gas and eggs. Reported it and learned sadly State St. Does not have a nearby sister bank ATM relationship with any other banks in town so I either drive to Myrtle Beach on New Years Day or wait until Friday. Wish the new Atm could print out last 10 transactions like other bank Atms do!!

- CMCheryl M.Nov 19, 20191.0Potential home buyer BEWARE! The VP, Scott Tripp has no clue what he is doing. He took FIVE months closing on my home loan! There were ZERO complications. Credit score was 800+. It was very simple, and the real estate attorney involved was quite perplexed. He did TWO hard pulls which affected my credit score and is still present today. Mr. Tripp failed to respond to calls or emails from all parties. Often times I would have to just 'show up' to get an explanation. It FINALLY took me reaching out to the Regional Manager to get my loan closed. The DM was so irritated himself, that he instructed Mr. Tripp to keep me updated on a daily basis. Just go across the street to Bank of America.
