- RRRalphApr 5, 20241.0Horrible horrible customer service. Manager either hates her life and/or job. Had a 4 pm appt to inquire about a current 4.60 APY savings acct. Explained to her my financial situation. This manager made me feel like I have $5 in to my name. So much for using this bank as my primary job direct deposit and my pension. Oh well I guess it's time to move all my funds outta this bank and close it. They don't deserve loyal customers like myself!
