- YYYeseoJun 8, 20255.0I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. This is the kindest and most welcoming bank I’ve ever visited in Columbia. I came to open an account for my mom, and everyone was so patient and helpful—especially Banker Janine and the manager. Even though we came right before closing on the first day, they kindly helped us book another appointment. On the day of the visit, the wait was short, and they were incredibly understanding despite the language barrier. Thank you for the warm service!
