- ACAmanda ChuraOct 22, 20251.0The banker at this location, Valencia, has been refusing to assist with an issue that other Wells Fargo bankers say she should have been able to assist me with. After questioning her refusal and talking to other Wells Fargo customer service members, she offered to help and I came in for my appointment, but when I arrived she refused again and refused to contact the other Wells Fargo banker I was working with at another location. I had to call him from my cell phone in her office. Since then that other banker has sent her multiple emails and has made several phone calls to give her the information needed to assist and she has continued to ignore him and my attempts to reach out. I had to call the branch directly and have them connect me to her to make contact. She then continued to refuse to assist and lied about receiving any information from the other Wells Fargo banker.

The teller was very professional and handled a mishap calmly and without hesitation. Once I submitted my request with I.D. and signed documents the teller proficiently processed my request and asked if there is anything else I need. I prefer walking in a bank for face to face service, but this visit was a pleasant experience using the drive thru service!
