On a Friday at 12:00 they had zero ability to do anything other than counter transactions. No bankers to modify an account at all until late in the day.

The lack of customer care or concern for customer issues is alarming and the reviews of this bank back that up. Just read the reviews thoroughly and the feedback from the bank sounds like an automated response. Makes me think they don’t even care enough about their customers for a manager to personalize their remarks. No thanks. Not the bank I want handling my money!

I had a concern about my mother's interaction with a banker and wanted to convey my concern so someone could be aware of a possible miscommunication within their business.
All I needed was the person I was speaking with to acknowledge this and make to pass on and I would have considered the "issue" closed and over with.
Instead all I got was refusal to acknowledge there may have been a miscommunication problem. The lady, Elizabeth, at this branch just kept saying there is no way to know what happened since neither of us was there.
Poor customer service, so sad.
