  Donald handled a complex situation with efficiency and knowledge, today. The result was flawless and very positive experience. We have been customers for many years, including the predecessor bank acquired by Wells Fargo. Over these many years Donald and Linden have handled multiple complex international transactions for us. My experience has been consistent and positive over time. Thank you Donald.

  I haven’t had any problems with anyone else at this bank except the manager or whatever she is. She had absolutely no concern that they lost a $4000 deposit and I had to get my supervisor up there to actually talk to the branch manager who actually decided to check the night drop and found the deposit after she swore they had already checked and there was no we one was stuck in there because “nobody else would be able to drop theirs and nobody has complained”. She acted completely nonchalant about it and it even made me consider switching banks also because if that’s how they feel about people’s money why should I trust them with mine?
