- BDbob dilardDec 8, 20251.0They try to take more than 1 person at a time with one teller than will pull you out of line to then have it where there's 1 person working with multiple people and you will have the other customers be rude back an fourth because they think you are trying to take their spot when in reality its this bank managers fault and the way this bank is ran. Completely unprofessional. They have many people in their office to help you open a bank but good luck once you open the bank any task you need done here they'll make it seem like its such a problem and that they don't have enough staff. But maybe if they weren't just sitting in their desk trying to get you to open a card and actually help the ones who actually already bank here more people would be wanting to open a bank account here. Just a overall sad and bad management location.

- TTTyroneDec 8, 20251.0This Harbison location has one of the rudest bank managers I have ever met. She was nasty to my elderly neighbor who I had to help walk into the bank. I didnt get her name but that lady has a serious attitude problem. Its not your customers fault you might be having a bad day. I would never do my banking there.

I asked for smaller bills and the teller declined and I mentioned the teller next to me just asked the clients who she was helping why didn't you ask me first how do I want my bills. She replied you have to be a customer that holds a bank account here to get that treatment. Go figure I heard a elderly lady when i walked in went to the back to close an account.
- MAMel ADec 18, 20192.0Their ATM ate my debit card. Banker inside says it’s destroyed when that happens and that they were out of temporary cards inside. I have to wait two weeks for it to come in the mail. Little help and unsympathetic at an issue with their ATM. Week before Christmas and I’m traveling till new year so pretty much have to suck it up. It’s such a great central location but I digress the service is abysmal.
