I hope I never need to use this location again. I came in around 1250, in need of customer service. The teller at the 1st station/far left looked at me, no greeting at all, & looked away. I sat down, finally, after about 15 minutes, a male came out, to ask what I needed help with. He checked me in, & said someone would be with me shortly. 2 other customer service reps in an office had a client, I assumed one of them/or anyone could assist me afterwards. WRONG. One came out the office & went to the teller line, & helped clients who came in after me. I’m sure she could do what I needed from there, but no. The next office person finished a client, after my now at least 30 minute wait. I asked if she could help me, but was told, “she needs to go to lunch, we have to keep the lunch schedules going”. UNACCEPTABLE! You would rather have waiting clients keep waiting, so you can take your lunch, that speaks volume, clearly, your clients aren’t priority. I too, am in Banking, this is extremely POOR customer service. All the bankers here, they walked around, without a care, appearing not busy, while clients on their lunch breaks have to wait, until it’s convenient for the bankers to help. Honestly, they won’t help, unless it’s something they want to help with. Finally, an hour later, another banker came in, went straight to an office, while I still waited. She immediately got on her office phone & called a client. She then came out, ignoring me, & announced to a teller “I have an appointment coming in at 2”. Thank God, the teller responded that she would need to help me, before her appointment. Otherwise, I would’ve continued to wait, for simple account maintenance, which takes 10 minutes at the most. This was an humbling experience & I would never recommend this bank branch to anyone. The bankers don’t care about their customers. Appears they’re just working, to have a job. Do better Wells Fargo, please. Re-train your staff, with better customer service. Had my request not been urgent, & I could do it online, I would have left sooner. 1 hour, 15 minutes, for a simple request. My time & bank loyalty definitely are not valued here.
