- CSC SAug 28, 20251.0Zero stars if I could. WARNING ALL Entrepreneurs, do not waste your time at this branch. I went to open a business account, and when the slim, older African-American branch manager heard my address was a virtual mailbox—a completely legitimate, standard option—she refused to approve it. She actually went to her office to read through “fine print” like it was some hidden rule, completely ignoring that virtual addresses have been accepted by banks for over a decade. I wasted my time, only to walk into another branch and open my account effortlessly. She is out of touch and should retire immediately. The rest of the team here was amazing, but unfortunately, she is a Hindrance.
