Second time this branch fails to do what over the phone and other branches said "normal expectations". I went in to get a copy of a wiring receipt. Over the phone, they told me any branch can print it for me. Went to the Forest Drive branch... they told me they could not because there were not a manager at the building. I drove to another branch. Spoke with Mrs. Hanberry who was shock that they send me there. Got my paper work in less than 5 min. When the manager from that branch came in, he apologized, and he was shock that the branch in Forest Drive choose not to do something so simple. Gave me an excuse that was not valid. Lazy workers that do not care for thier clients.

Very unprofessional. There was an older white woman and a young black lady that serviced me that day. I had a few accounts hacked and I'm in the process of closing those accounts. I hear the young black lady say to the elderly white woman working with her that I was working on closing all of these truist accounts. The old white lady then says maybe that's a good idea. Mind you I'm standing there and the the little puppet black girl starts to laugh . Mind you I'm not from This racist state and the white lady behind that counter was vry rude and unprofessional. The unprofessionalism came because the white lady seen the account balances, mind you I'm closing them out so it's a few bucks. My point is what if I had been a person going through something or having a difficult time. Their behavior and actions were very unprofessional. If a bank manager would like to address this unprofessionalism this took place last Friday afternoon they were the only two up front.

Unprofessional, incompetent, and rude tellers. Avoid this bank. I will NEVER be back to this branch of BB&T.
