Don’t ever let him go it’s hard to find good customer service and someone that willing to help. I really appreciate him. my life is not the best right now but he just made it simple for me. He is awesome hands down. Thanks so much

We have had our business accounts here for five years and avoid this bank whenever possible. There are some instances when we absolutely have to use the location on Forest Drive and it is never a friendly or pleasant experience.

How does a bank not have cash on hand. And the customer service is about a 0. Unfortunately my wife banks with them so I’ve been there a few times and every time I go in it’s the worst attitude from everyone that works in that office . Forest Drive branch
- DRDerick RobbinsAug 6, 20241.0Credit line being used for business purposes has been moved to default. All payments are current and we don’t have a payment until next month. Moved our open account to default just because. Never missed a payment, autopay enabled, even discussed a credit line increase for the 2025 season for our business. Now we get to build a relationship with a new bank that will actually answer the damn phone. Currently on hold with customer service for 55 minutes and haven’t spoken to ANYBODY! Edit: held for 2 hours 10 minutes and never got a representative… Good luck if you choose this dumpster fire for your financial needs.
