- WKWindy KinlawNov 4, 20251.0I have been here patiently waiting since 9:35 it is now 10:10 . I came in to do a simple withdrawal. I had to sit and wait on manager to do my withdrawal because of the conflict of interest with previous employee. I have been avoiding this location although I live approximately 10mins away. I do not like to stir trouble. I can’t keep avoiding the location because this location is closer and convenient. I watched at least 5-7 customers go in and out and I was not serviced although they do have a new employee who has outstanding greetings and welcoming behavior. Although the new employee is outstanding . I was forced to wait for 30 mins while other customers were in and out. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I was scheduled to be to a very important meeting at 10am I am extremely late. It’s now 10:14 I’m still waiting. Please replay your cameras . What’s wrong with how they handle customer service experience while I was there. All of the customers go in and out. I to was there to make a quick withdrawal and money transfer. What’s wrong with the picture.also it is now 10:22 I am extremely late for meeting, this withdrawal plays a major role in that meeting.Today is Nov 4 Election Day. I’m a busy person.i walked out at 10:27 I don’t think Marcus one of the lead people there does not value customer service. Every visit there is always horrible. The one new team member there brings sunshine to that location . The rest are extremely bitter and do not value customer service.Lucky for me I bank with another bank. The lack of customer service I’m sure it’s causing this bank to have less business.Horrible very bad is exactly how they made me feel .
