- JGJanet GoinsOct 23, 20251.0Absolute horrible bank. Don't even waste your time. They make it hard for you to access your hard earned money claiming fraud when there absolutely is NO FRAUD. They were about to cancel my account and didn't even reach out to see what the issue was(no issue on our part). They were going to cancel my account and keep my funds. If you value your money don't ever trust TD BANK with one red cent. We cancelled our account after 3 weeks. Almost caught a law suit TD BANK.
- BSBrandon ShankleAug 29, 20255.0Came to TD after terrible experience with US Bank. Plus US Bank doesn't have branches here. Opened a personal checking and savings. Dan and Jamael both helped me. I had such a a great experience with these guys at this branch that I also switched my business checking to TD. Truly feels more like it did in the old days at this branch. Less corporate feeling and more human with great customer care. Happy to be doing business here now.

Coming from NJ to the Low Country, I expected the same wonderful treatment however, it is just not so at this branch. Corporate needs to come in and retrain their staff.
- ARAnne RichardsonDec 3, 20245.0I am grateful for the prompt, professional and kind services I received from the Branch Manager Pam, staff: Dan, Jamal and other team members yesterday (December 2, 2024). I had a problem with a fee being charged to my account. I was able to successfully get the fee waived and linked my accounts in efforts to resolve any potential future concerns. In general I am a monthly customer at this branch and overall all of my services needs are met in a great manner by the staff.

The people know me and I have never had a problem. have been with this bank from the beginning. I am greeted when I walk in the door and any help i need is provided without question. I certainly have no plans to move to another bank. I will be a life long customer of TD Bank and a special thank you to Lynn Blaylock (Mgr).
