- DBDeyla BurgessAug 4, 20251.0My neighbor was racially profiled at this location last week. She was unable to get documents notarized for her kids to start school due to her skin color. Of course the bank tellers that refused my neighbor were white women. Both of them. The police was called on her just because she voiced her opinion. Racism is alive and well in 2025 and I would never bank with any company who does not follow simple policy. Since when can a bank not notarize paperwork because the person is black?? Please let your racist bank tellers know that they are not the first citizens in America. This land was already claimed when you colonizers came to reclaim it.

Beth Santos gave me amazing, quick and efficient customer service, especially for a bank! She was able to address any of my questions or needs as early as me calling before coming into the branch! While I was in the branch she was able to handle every need I had (which was a list of at least 4 things) and do it in as little as 15 minutes! I am grateful for the experience and would recommend this bank and this branch to anyone!
