She talks to the customers like they have no other option but to use this bank when you are doing them a favor and keeping them in business by letting them hold your money! Not willing to go above and beyond to help customers with their needs. Quick to find any reason to get you off the phone or out of the building.

Some things that can be handled over the phone by one teller must be handled in person by another. Their answer for most things is to transfer you to the dreaded customer service line. Overall I would not recommend Wells Fargo as they are dishonest and hit you with unnecessary and unwarranted fees and their customer service line treats you with the nastiest attitudes.
