The ATM is never working and not serviced. Have told them several times and nothing is done about it. For someone that works and can’t get to the bank this is ridiculous.

I went in to talk to a manager, noone greeted me or was at a desk,so I stood in line.Melissa the teller asked me what I needed from manager or associate n I said to discuss my account. She then said tell me no one is available I was not comfortable at that moment because I deserved a lil privacy hence why I asked for manager. She informed me the manager Andrew was not available and would look into my issue and I would receive a call from him.I saw Andrew on my way out accidentally ran into him,I gave him a brief summary of my situation he assured me he would look into it.It's been two weeks I have yet to hear from Melissa or Andrew. The issue is still as important to me as it was that day.I have banked w you for 8 yrs.My first time at this location and it's clear to me your employees do not honor their word. Its as if I do not matter and feel dismissed w a bold face lie. There is no need to lie to your customers.Maybe training didn't go to well.I may not be a millionaire but I do know I am important whether Melissa or Andrew feel like I am or not.I see this location has 2 stars. Its very clear to me why.Thank you for asking in this review about my experience. It was basically the worst experience I've ever had at a bank n I am 57 yrs old. Sincerely ,Tina Mangrum

I needed a money order to pay my rent, and they wouldn't give me one because they said my last name didn't match after getting married; it's a joint account. I had my SS card because that matched my I.D., but the teller wouldn't process anything. She insisted I come in with my husband and fill out additional paperwork for the name change. I was in this same branch 2 months ago and got a money order no problem; I also have several branches close by where I run errands and have done money orders, deposits, and withdrawals all with no problem. When I told her she was the only one giving me problems, she just shrugged and spoke to me like I was stupid. I will not be visiting this branch again, and I hope this rude young lady doesn't speak to customers like that regularly. I am also debating our future with Truist.
