- LRleilani reidOct 22, 20253.0The staff was very helpful with our transaction, and we appreciated their assistance. However, we were disappointed to find that there were no customer restrooms available. We had to drive my 92-year-old mother-in-law, who has mobility issues, to a nearby gas station to use the restroom, and then return to complete the transaction. This made the experience unnecessarily difficult. Providing access to a restroom, especially for elderly or disabled customers, would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
- JSJohn SmithAug 18, 20231.0The staff of this location are the best. However TD BANK is ridiculous. They took my deposit. Then put a 6day hold on my funds. When asked the local manager was polite and said she would request that fund be released. Following morning she responded by calling to inform me TD had refused to lift the hold after I verified with bank check was from that the funds were taken from the account by TD bank. So they have my money, but do not give me access to My Money they have. Almost 200k that could earn $146 in interest on the 6 days they are holding my money. Shameful and illegal, except the fine print of federal statues 229.10 and 229.12 Holds are a safety measure to protect both parties. However the funds have already changed hands. This shows that TD BANK is abusing guidelines in these laws to generate profit by holding deposits already processed into their possession. Imagine how many customers large and small are used to generate money off of . 100k customers a million customers deposits held 3 days, 6 days.. They use funds not their own to enrich their corporate board members off the deposited money of customers while refusing to allow access to the owner of the money. Sick, ugly ,and deserving of punishment. Oh not by me... I will await my release and immediately remove every penny and file every complaint to every department and agency of our feckless government and do so every week, of every year and hope that at some point an actual intelligence human will be in a position to see this as the fraud and racketeering it is. DONT TRUST TD BANK. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW DEPOSIT AGREEMENT CONTRACT THAT IS SIGNED UPON OPENING AN ACCOUNT. Sorry for the employees of this branch..they were all great.
