However, we were disappointed to find that there were no customer restrooms available. We had to drive my 92-year-old mother-in-law, who has mobility issues, to a nearby gas station to use the restroom, and then return to complete the transaction. This made the experience unnecessarily difficult. Providing access to a restroom, especially for elderly or disabled customers, would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
