I didn’t think to check their ratings because I thought “well if a bank takes your hard earned money surely they’ll give you decent service!” Absolutely not. I opened a new account online and picked up my debit card in the branch and it was a great experience. Audrey was really kind! These people actually care about your money. Unlike the other place with their smug attitude and horrible service.
