He stayed late, gave us options and explained things so we were clear on our choices. We had to use the ATM outside and I was surprised to find the only one available was in the drive up lane. It felt a little dangerous for us to stand there while working on the machine.

I am doing a long overdue edit of my negative review. the people at the Clemson branch are great, its not their fault the bank they work for is difficult. the website and mobile banking app work much better. The bank overall has improved a great deal. I wish i had changed this forever ago the employees really are excellent. I have kept an account here for this very reason. Their covid response was admirable and I continue to enjoy my experiences in the local branch
