- LLLoveOct 7, 20251.0Put your money elsewhere!! Navy Federal has been good to me. If you get sick or have any issues, Founders won't care. Staff is so nice when things are going well. I went to Navy and purchased a new car, 4 months later traded in my time share using them.
- DWDonna WilletteOct 27, 20234.0Our account had a couple of fraudulent charges recently but their Security department acted quickly by contacting us. Alarmed, we decided to actually visit the bank, hoping to confirm the account was safe & no further action needed. Unfortunately, we failed to realize they were soon to close. I was shocked, by the total lack of "customer assistance" we received. The teller offered only generic answers to our questions, not even pulling up our account to take a quick look. I understand, it's annoying when customers arrive at closing time but if your business is a bank, your business is $. I have worked in restaurants throughout my life & as a server, if customers come in before the door is locked, you serve them. Which means one minute, you may think you're getting ready to leave because your section is empty. However, those late customers come in, sit at your table & everything changes. You're there, at least, another hour or so. Customer service oriented businesses really need to raise the bar, especially in small towns where there is a lack of competition.

- JJJosh JenkinsJan 13, 20155.0Everyone at this branch are so helpful. The Loan officers go above and beyond when trying to help. Meg Sellers works really hard. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to "sell" you something. They help you figure out what would be the best move to make. All the tellers are friendly and in many cases they know you when you walk in the door. Founders provides a far better banking experience than that of other banks. If you are in need of a new bank, give founders a try.
