- LLLoveOct 7, 20251.0Put your money elsewhere!! Navy Federal has been good to me. If you get sick or have any issues, Founders won't care. Staff is so nice when things are going well. I went to Navy and purchased a new car, 4 months later traded in my time share using them.

Takes more than a week of constant phone calls and emails to try and get in touch with the manager, and it still doesn't work. Don't use this bank if you need things done in a hurry or if you plan on using any of the "features" that come with banking with them.

- WPWayne ParkerMar 28, 20171.0If a member writes a check to a non member. It costs the payee $8 to cash the check. So be aware if you are doing business with founders members you will be charged this $8 fee to cash your check. This is a new policy. If I was a member I would not stand for this!
